⚠️ Late Stamping Warning

Under the Stamp Duty Act, instruments must be stamped within 30 days of execution. Unstamped or late-stamped instruments carry penalties of up to 10x the duty. An unstamped instrument is also inadmissible as evidence in court proceedings.
